About the Role
The IT Project Manager drives strategic technology programs supporting business transformation, digital innovation, regulatory compliance, and modernization of insurance and takaful platforms.
The role requires leadership and extensive experience managing complex technology initiatives in the insurance industry, including life and takaful insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver large-scale insurance and takaful technology initiatives, including product launches, core platform implementations, migrations, digital transformation, and regulatory change.
- Lead programs involving insurance operations, digital channels, enterprise integrations, and business-critical platforms.
- Define delivery strategies, implementation roadmaps, governance models, and success measures.
- Manage projects, dependencies, budgets, resources, and competing priorities while aligning with business objectives.
- Report progress, risks, financials, and key decisions to executive management and steering committees.
- Coordinate business teams, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve program outcomes.
- Ensure business value, regulatory compliance, security, governance, operational resilience, and continuous delivery improvement.
