- Koordination internationaler Projektteams und externer Dienstleister
- Erstellung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen, Budgets, Risikoanalysen und Statusberichten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Kunden
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Kundenzufriedenheit auch bei komplexen Projektstrukturen
Requirements
- Experience in leading IT and digital projects
- Ability to coordinate international project teams and external service providers
- Skills in creating and tracking project plans, budgets, risk analyses, and status reports
- Strong communication and collaboration with international stakeholders and customers
- Ability to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction in complex project structures

Aufgaben
- Als IT Project Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle IT und Digitalprojekte in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sorgst du dafür, dass komplexe Projekte von der Planung bis zum Go Live erfolgreich umgesetzt werden – mit Struktur, Weitblick und Begeisterung für Technologie.
- In den nächsten Jahren gestaltest du unsere IT Roadmap aktiv mit: von der Einführung einer unternehmensweiten Positionsplanung auf Basis von Personio & Aimplan über den Aufbau eines zentralen Datalakes bis hin zur Implementierung eines modernen Purchase to Pay Prozesses und der Automatisierung unser
