Responsibilities
- Support execution of overall IT infrastructure strategy
- Provide technical expertise during RFP processes for infrastructure projects
- Coordinate transition of completed projects to Managed Services Provider
- Oversee infrastructure across multiple sites including servers, networks, storage, and cloud
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for infrastructure components
- Review and approve infrastructure changes for compliance
- Support cloud migration and architectural initiatives
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and vendor documentation
- Act as primary liaison between internal IT teams, MSPs, and vendors
- Contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure or platform engineering
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, and security protocols
- Experience in multi vendor or managed services environments
- Prior involvement in governance, architecture, or service delivery oversight
- Experience supporting enterprise scale technology projects

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Administration Lead to support a growing portfolio of technology initiatives across multiple properties.
- This role is not responsible for day to day IT operations, which are managed by a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- The role focuses on infrastructure oversight, governance, and project support across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of overall IT infrastructure strategy.
- Provide technical expertise during RFP processes.
- Support project teams during discovery, design, and execution.
- Coordinate transition of completed projects to MSP.
- Oversee infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Act as SME for infrastructure components.
- Review and approve infrastructure changes.
- Support cloud migration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Monitor infrastructure performance.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and vendor documentation.
- Act as primary liaison between teams.
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure or platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, and security protocols.
- Experience in multi vendor or managed services environments.
- Prior involvement in governance, architecture, or service delivery oversight.
