Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking an IT Field Services Engineer for a leading pulp and paper manufacturing company.
The role provides expert recommendations and support for IT services and systems across assigned departments and facilities.
The position serves as the sole on-site IT lead and liaison between the corporate IT team and the mill.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in the IT field technician space.
- Experience with networking and network support, including Cisco switching.
- Hands-on desk support experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 migration.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues.
- Support IT services and systems across assigned departments and facilities.
