Role Purpose
Build communications, engagement, and upskilling capability across IT and the wider business.
Establish and deliver a consistent strategic approach to IT communications, learning content, and engagement.
Support the evolution of IT and related implementation across IT and the wider business.
Communications and Engagement
- Develop an IT communications plan aligned with the IT strategy and prioritized portfolio.
- Establish communication frameworks, templates, and governance for IT messaging.
- Create SharePoint and intranet content, town hall slides, CIO announcements, and other communications.
- Translate complex technical and strategic topics into accessible, business-friendly messaging.
- Coordinate regular IT communications and align them with corporate messaging and brand standards.
- Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness and reach of IT communications.
- Develop and maintain an engagement plan for IT and the wider business.
Upskilling and Change
- Develop and maintain an IT-wide upskilling plan and supporting content.
- Drive a learning culture across the IT function.
- Communicate the evolution of IT and support implementation across IT and the wider business.
