- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across technology initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding.
- Support process improvement initiatives using structured analysis and best practice frameworks.
- Contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders in both Arabic and English across workshops and forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- CBAP or PMI PBA certification
- Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles
- Experience within consulting or advisory environments
- Exposure to public sector, financial services, or large scale transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives
- Knowledge of data, digital, or enterprise platforms

Role Overview
- As an IT Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to shape requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of high quality digital solutions.
- Based in Doha, this role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical delivery in complex environments.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- One of the following certifications is required: CBAP or PMI PBA.
- Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles.
