- Maintain the demand backlog, ensuring requirements remain accurate, prioritised, and up to date
- Support technology delivery teams by providing clear analysis and ensuring solutions meet business needs
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience working as a Business Analyst within technology or change programmes
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting technology delivery throughout the project lifecycle while working with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI PBA) certification (bonus)
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) (bonus)
- Experience supporting IT demand management or IT4IT environments (bonus)
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (bonus)
- Experience working within consulting or large enterprise transformation programmes (bonus)

The Role
- As an IT Business Analyst, you will support IT demand management by analysing business needs, documenting requirements, and enabling the successful delivery of IT4IT initiatives.
