About the Role

- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders using clear and relevant metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role in software engineering
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Experience coordinating delivery across system integration or multi team projects
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) with active status
- Based in Riyadh and fluent in Arabic

Role Overview

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role within software engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in complex environments.
- Experience coordinating delivery across system integration or multi team projects.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non technical audiences.
- Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) with active status.
Bonus Points For
- Experience supporting platform implementation projects, including UAT coordination and go live activities.
- Experience within financial services domains such as banking, capital markets, or wealth management.
- Ability to support multilingual environments, including Arabic language skills.
