- Lead end to end delivery of complex data and analytics engagements, remaining hands on enough to guide technical direction and outcomes
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to client stakeholders, translating business objectives into scalable data solutions
- Drive business development activity, supporting proposals, shaping client opportunities, and building long term client relationships
- Build and grow Capco's Data & Analytics presence in Riyadh, contributing to capability development and local market strategy
- Mentor and develop teams, fostering an inclusive, high performing environment aligned to Capco values
Requirements
- Experience in leading Consulting firms
- 10+ years' practical experience in data, analytics or AI roles with significant exposure to financial services
- Senior leadership experience delivering large scale data and analytics programmes within consulting or complex client environments
- Strong technical grounding across data platforms, architecture, and analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working at executive level
- Demonstrable consulting background and experience in delivery or sales, account growth and client development
- Experience working in or across Middle Eastern markets (bonus)
- Background in financial services or adjacent regulated industries (bonus)
- Experience shaping new market offerings or growing regional practices (bonus)
- Native Arabic speaker (bonus)

What We're Looking For
