Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Business Capability Maps, Target Operating Models, value streams, and enterprise business architecture artefacts across investment and wealth management functions.
- Translate business strategy into structured business architecture services, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead cross functional transformation initiatives, aligning business, operations, product, and technology teams around common objectives.
- Identify capability gaps, operational dependencies, and opportunities for business innovation, scalability, and efficiency improvements.
- Establish and govern business architecture standards, methodologies, and practices to support enterprise wide transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic transformation role within financial services.
- Strong understanding of brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, and digital financial services operating models.
- Experience designing enterprise business architecture artefacts, including capability maps, target operating models, governance frameworks, and value streams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Based in Riyadh.

Role Overview

What We're Looking For

- Experience designing enterprise business architecture artefacts.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation initiatives.

- Experience supporting large scale transformation programmes within investment banking, capital markets, or wealth management.
- Knowledge of industry standard business architecture frameworks.
- Experience working within complex, multi entity or regional financial services organizations.

- Professional certifications in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Change Management, or related disciplines.
