Role Overview
The IT Assistant supports technology operations within a hospitality environment.
The role provides technical assistance to employees and guests while supporting reliable, secure IT services.
Compensation
- The position offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 2,000.
Requirements
- At least 1.5–2 years of experience in a hospitality environment.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with hotel-specific applications and property management systems such as Opera and Simphony is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on approach is expected.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems promptly to minimize operational disruption.
- Set up and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
