Responsibilities
- Offers next level Technical Support to FIVE Tribe Members and Guests, addressing hardware, software, and network related issues
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to FIVE's Operations
- Assists in the Setup and Configuration of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Promptly responds to support tickets and inquiries, meticulously Documenting Issues and Resolutions
- Expertly monitors and maintains FIVE's computer Networks, both wired and wireless, guaranteeing exquisite Connectivity, top notch performance, and robust Security Protocols
- Diligently implements Network Security Measures, ensuring an industry leading level of Protection for Data Integrity
- Installs, configures and maintains servers, switches, routers, and other network devices
- Collaborates closely with vendors and service providers, enhancing Troubleshooting Efforts for network connectivity and performance
- Champions and enforces ground breaking IT Security Policies and procedures, safeguarding FIVE's data and systems
- Maintains Accurate Records of hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties
- Adheres to SOPs and Service Standards, executing duties with a Sensational Flair and ensuring adherence to Safety Policies
- Collaborates with the FIVE Tribe, embracing a culture of Continuous Improvement and Shared Success
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 2 years of Experience in a Hospitality Environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be advantageous
- Unparalleled knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with Hotel Specific Applications and Property Management Systems like Opera, Simphony is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail

- A minimum of 1 2 years of Experience in a Hospitality Environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be advantageous.

- Expertly monitors and maintains FIVE's computer Networks, both wired and wireless, guaranteeing exquisite Connectivity, top notch performance, and robust Security Protocols.
- Diligently implements Network Security Measures, ensuring an industry leading level of Protection for Data Integrity, while curating regular Audits for comprehensive Security Assessments.
- Installs, configures and maintains servers, switches, routers, and other network devices, using visionary Expertise to Optimise Network Performance.
- Collaborates closely with vendors and service providers, enhancing Troubleshooting Efforts for network connectivity and performance, ensuring a boundary breaking IT Experience.
- Champions and enforces ground breaking IT Security Policies and procedures, safeguarding FIVE's data and systems from unauthorised access and malware, setting the Gold Standard in Online Safety.
- Maintains Accurate Records of hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties, ensuring behind the scenes efficiency in IT Asset Management.
