- Assist in table setup and maintain cleanliness and atmosphere
- Upsell and promote services, concepts, and promotions
- Participate in preparation and breakdown of events
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel as a VIP Waiter/Waitress
- Professional, well groomed appearance adhering to grooming standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
