About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to meet guest demands
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces to maintain luxury standards
- Train, mentor, and inspire the housekeeping team on cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor and control usage of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping policies and brand standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Foster communication and collaboration with other departments
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation of housekeeping activities
- Assist in developing and managing the department's budget
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment in the UAE
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of Forbes and LQA Standards
- Computer literacy with mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Opera PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Job Description

- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping preferred.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 2,000.
