About the Role
Five Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Group Reservations Agent to manage room reservations for groups. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel in a similar role, proficiency in Opera PMS, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage communication through extranet platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, Airbnb
- Act as initial touch point for room reservations within the group
- Make proactive contact with guests arriving within 24 hours to confirm reservations and special requests
- Respond promptly and positively to sales inquiries
- Handle guest communications across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints regarding reservations
- Employ up selling, cross selling, and negotiation techniques to maximize revenue
- Maintain up to date knowledge of rates, promotions, packages, and facilities
- Conduct daily checks on extranets for arrivals and check outs
- Coordinate with finance team regarding refunds and credit checks
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel in a similar role
- Computer literacy with mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Opera PMS

Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 1,800.
