- Understanding of how the gaming investment chain works
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong written English

Role Overview
- This role brings deep expertise in gaming investment and deal making into the Investor and Startup Programme infrastructure.
- The primary mandate is designing the investment programmes and deal making activations for the Gaming event.
Gaming Investment Programme
- Design investment programmes and deal making formats for gaming conference.
- Build and own the gaming investor pipeline from scratch.
- Manage the investor application and vetting process.
- Develop content and format for all gaming investment activations.
- Design the investor experience end to end.
- Own the investor side matchmaking process.
- Manage investor delegate communications and on site facilitation.
- Track and report on investment programme outcomes.
Cross Portfolio Investor Support
- Support investor programme across other events.
- Contribute to investor outreach campaigns.
- Provide investor program cover during high volume periods.
- Curate a balanced, high quality investor room.
- Programme investor focused roundtables and deal flow sessions.
- Maintain accurate investor records in internal tools.
- Track investor programme KPIs.
- Conduct post event investor debriefs.
- Maintain and nurture investor relationships year round.
- Develop new ideas for value driven investor programme features.
Qualifications
- 4 5 years of experience in investor relations, investor programme management, or VC/LP engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in the gaming investment landscape.
- Experience curating and managing high touch investor experiences.
- Strong existing network within the gaming and tech investment community.
- Understanding of how the gaming investment chain works.
- Sector knowledge in cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology verticals is an advantage.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous events.
- Experience with investor management platforms, CRM tools, and event management systems.
- Strong written English is mandatory; Arabic is a meaningful advantage.
Additional Information
- This is a 6 month contract role.
- It can be performed remotely.
