Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Create engaging digital content targeting key audience groups.
- Analyze user data to make informed decisions for continuous improvement across owned marketing channels.
- Create and develop written and visual content to engage and convert audiences.
- Produce effective marketing collateral (email marketing, website landing page content, social media posts).
- Work with the Digital Centre of Excellence and client marketing team to develop content for B2B events and exhibitions.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, analyze engagement data, and identify trends.
- Contribute towards specific KPI targets including total leads generated and total conversions.
- Collaborate with wider marketing team and external agencies and partners.
- Create/refresh Tahaluf’s online presence for new products and services.
- Identify opportunities across the digital customer journey to improve customer experience and generate leads.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in a similar role
- B2B experience a must
- Events marketing experience
- Experience in multiple industry sectors
- Proficient in MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Create engaging digital content with a strong understanding of how to target key audience groups.
- Be accustomed to analysing user data and making informed decisions that results in continuous improvement across our owned marketing channels (email, website and social).
- Create and develop written and visual content to engage and convert relevant audiences.
- Be an imaginative copywriter with the ability to produce effective marketing collateral (email marketing, website landing page content and social media posts).
- Work with the rest of our Digital Centre of Excellence and our clients wider marketing team to develop content for successful marketing campaigns for B2B events and exhibitions, and digital products in line with agreed KPIs.
- Be Strategically minded when it comes to planning and executing digital campaigns, alongside analysing engagement data and identifying trends in customer interactions.
- Work with a team & be responsible for contributing towards specific KPI targets, including total leads generated and total conversions.
- Work in collaboration with the wider marketing team and to work closely with other external agencies and partners.
- Creating / Refreshing Tahaluf’s online presence for new products and services.
- Identifying opportunities across the digital customer journey that is designed to improve customer experience and resulting in new leads and improved sales.
- Provide content for timely, relevant communications through designated mix of channels and work with the Marketing Managers to optimise the effectiveness of these communications.
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in a similar role
- Have experience working in a similar role (B2B experience a must) and will be confident in leading brand content campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple digital channels.
- Results driven – creation of and delivery against business plans driven by growth targets
- Confident working autonomously with partner or 3rd party agencies.
- Highly creative with excellent copywriting and visual marketing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills – both written and spoken.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- Events marketing experience.
- Experience in multiple industry sectors, B2B experience is a must.
- A passion for digital marketing and a solid understanding of how to connect with audiences via each digital channel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple and clear manner that is understandable.
