- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, including off plan, ready, and rental yield assets
- Conduct investment consultations, ROI breakdowns, and financial presentations
- Promote high performing projects from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of investors, buyers, and referral partners
- Provide expert guidance on payment plans, capital appreciation, rental yields, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close investment driven transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong financial knowledge and professionalism
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial focused client roles is preferred
- Strong understanding of ROI, rental yields, payment structures, and investment analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with investors and high net worth clients
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

- We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to advise investors, analyze opportunities, and close high value deals across Abu Dhabi’s rapidly expanding property investment market.
