About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process
- Proactively manage and monitor orders, delivery dates and holds
- Provide status updates to internal and external customers on transactions and issues
- Attend to incoming customer requests and develop cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Conduct sales process over the phone to drive sales
- Prepare quotes for Spare Parts in C4C
- Utilize business tools such as C4C, iQ2, SCALA to gather customer information
- Issuance of invoices and related documents
- Follow up outstanding invoices in coordination with Credit Controller
- Coordinate with external sales engineers for supporting customer base
- Coordinate with CTS sales team and other departments to resolve administrative issues
- Assist in upkeeping installed base information and customer records
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in inside sales role
- Experience in the parts business preferred
- Experience in prospecting and conducting sales over the phone preferred
- Energetic, well spoken, punctual and reliable

Job Summary
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate proposals and internal sales methods to increase CTS parts business and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary POs and approvals.
- Pro actively manage and monitor orders, delivery dates and holds and escalate where appropriate.
- Pro actively provide status updates to internal and external customers on transactions and issues.
- Attend to incoming customer requests and develop those into cross selling and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct the necessary sales process over the phone to drive sales.
- Prepare quotes for Spare Parts in C4C.
- Utilize business tools, such as C4C, iQ2, SCALA to gather necessary customer information for quoting, conduct follow up and record activities.
- Issuance of invoices and other related documents. Collaborate with logistics for customer delivery.
- Follow up outstanding invoices in close coordination with the Credit Controller.
- Coordinate with external sales engineers for supporting their customer base to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with CTS sales team and other departments in resolving administrative issues related to spare parts.
- Assist in upkeeping the installed base information and customers records in both SCALA and the C4C system.
Experience Requirements
- The successful candidate should be an energetic, well spoken, punctual and reliable with at least 2 years’ experience in inside sales role.
- Experience in the parts business, in prospecting and conducting sales over the phone would be an advantage.
