Responsibilities
- Develop an offline and online communication strategy to endorse brand equity, share of voice, publicity, engagement and reach.
- Manage, monitor and improve portfolio of social networks, paid/earned media to achieve set KPI’s.
- Manage SEM / paid media programs, social media campaigns, audience on demand initiatives.
- Execute SEO tactics to ensure first page rankings for selected keywords.
- Support Senior Marketing Manager in developing robust strategy for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
- Manage public relations, digital media and social media for Mall of the Emirates.
- Oversee and critically assess public relations plans, digital media planning and implementation.
- Provide critical performance results and recommendations to internal and partner teams.
- Work with analytics resource to analyze website, digital asset usage and traffic trends.
- Develop and support roll out of social media roadmaps, tactics, best practice, tool kits, guidelines.
- Manage social media monitoring and listening.
- Negotiate with digital media agency to ensure optimal digital and interactive media buys.
Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in communications, Marketing, social and digital marketing / media
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with top media agencies and practical use cases of Social Media, Google Analytics, Ad Words, email marketing, Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Search Engine Optimization, Web site Analytics, Affiliate Networks
- Expert knowledge of campaign costs, response rates, and ability to tailor placements
- Demonstrated experience with social media marketing, monitoring, community management and advertising
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube, Instagram)
- Advanced understanding of ad serving platforms, testing, buying online media and/or managing campaign budgets
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Thorough working knowledge of intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- Good communications skills in English and Arabic (preferable)
- Sound financial skills with experience in managing budgets

Job Summary
- Develop an offline and online communication strategy that will endorse the brand equity, share of voice, publicity, engagement and reach amongst key Value Strategic Segments in the mall’s trade area.
- Manage, monitor and improve portfolio of social networks, paid/earned media to achieve set KPI’s and maximize the efficiency of the marketing spend.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Manage SEM / paid media programs, social media campaigns, audience on demand initiatives.
- Execute SEO tactics to ensure first page rankings for selected keywords, incorporate SEO best practices into the website architecture and content.
- Play an active role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in developing a robust strategy for social networks not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.
- Manage public relations, digital media and social media for Mall of the Emirates and ensure execution by the team and the relevant partners/agencies.
- Oversee, critically assess public relations plans, digital media planning and implementation track responses, refine campaigns to ensure KPI success.
- Provide critical performance results and recommendations to internal and partner teams.
- Work with the analytics resource to continuously analyze website, digital asset usage and traffic trends to drive media planning and future site / landing page iterations.
- Develop and support the roll out, and monitor the execution of social media roadmaps, tactics, best practice, tool kits, guidelines and guide the relevant agencies in the implementation.
- Manage social media monitoring and listening.
- Work with cross functional teams to identify social media integration opportunities throughout the consumer experience.
- Support in identifying key transformation/ innovation opportunities, develop feasibility, monitor execution based on the Strategic initiatives for Mall of the Emirates and SMBU.
- Stay informed of best practices and new technologies, platforms in Social media, mobile / online marketing and advertising.
Education, Experience And Skills
- Expert knowledge of campaign costs, response rates, and the ability to tailor placements to meet campaign objectives and goals.
- Demonstrated experience with social media marketing, monitoring, community management and advertising.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube and Instagram.
- Display keen interest in technology/innovations.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in communications, Marketing, social and digital marketing / media.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with top media agencies and practical use cases of Social Media, Google Analytics, Ad Words, email marketing, Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Search Engine Optimization, Web site Analytics, Affiliate Networks and standard industry practices.
- Advanced understanding of ad serving platforms, testing, buying online media and/or managing campaign budgets.
- Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills.
- Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Thorough working knowledge of intermediate to advanced MS Excel.
- Good communications skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic (preferable).
Additional Experience
- Minimum 5 7 Year work experience in managing Marketing activities preferably in a reputed Retail / Hospitality / Advertising / Event Management companies in GCC or abroad.
