Internal Audit Manager - Customs Operations

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilitie

• s:Prepare comprehensive audit programs for the audit assignmen
• tsContribute to the development of the industry strategy and operational plans in line with Head of Sector guidanc
• e.Contribute to Leading and overseeing the management and execution of audits of targeted Auditees in assessing alignment of their related services with their strategic plans and Government priorities. Lead overall industry related expertise, capability building development, and research effort
• s.Present audit reports and dissemination of key report findings of the Operations, Compliance and Performance Audit activities as well as possible short and longer term risks at the conclusion of each aud
• itContribute to leading and directing the effective management of follow up, monitoring of and reporting progress on the corrective actions to be undertaken by the Auditees in close collaboration with relevant department
• s.Establish strategic business partnerships and lead a number of engagements. Manage relevant stakeholders and strive to optimize engagement outcome
• s.Resolve audit issues and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for analysi
