Responsibilities
- Develop master visual concepts in line with creative briefs and campaign objectives
- Design and produce marketing materials including collateral, advertisements, brochures, signage, and presentations
- Fulfill general design requests and day to day design needs
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to provide graphic design support
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain corporate BCM manuals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Solid knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Minimum 6 months of internship/full time experience in agency or marketing environment
- Portfolio of work
- Availability to join in September for 6 months

About the Job
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Graphic Designer Intern will manage creative projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop master visual concepts in line with creative briefs
- Design and produce marketing materials
- Fulfill general design requests
- Collaborate with hotel departments
- Monitor project progress
- Adhere to brand guidelines
- Supervise production of collaterals
- Manage relationships with external printers
- Coordinate display and removal of promotional materials
- Update databases of designs and assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Solid knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Minimum 6 months of internship/full time experience
- Portfolio of work
- Availability to join in September for 6 months
