- Provide high level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, communications, reports, and executive office coordination
- Ensure efficient day to day operations of the Executive Office, acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, VIP engagements, and guest interactions with discretion and excellence
- Support cross functional collaboration and business initiatives
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, legal requirements, ethical standards, and operational guidelines
- Protect confidential information and ensure responsible use of systems, technology, and resources
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high performing workplace culture aligned with People & Culture strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury or high end environments
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives or General Manager level leadership, ideally within UAE or GCC region
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and hotel operations
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Executive Office in Dubai, the Executive Assistant is responsible to provide high level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Executive Office, ensuring efficient coordination, effective communication, and seamless
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, legal requirements, ethical standards, and operational guidelines while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Protect confidential information and ensure responsible use of systems, technology, and resources at all times.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high performing workplace culture aligned with People & Culture strategies.
- Provide high level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, communications, reports, and executive office coordination.
- Ensure efficient day to day operations of the Executive Office, acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders and supporting leadership activities.
- Coordinate meetings, VIP engagements, and guest interactions with discretion and excellence, while supporting cross functional collaboration and business initiatives.
As an Executive Assistant, we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury or high end environments.
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives or General Manager level leadership, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and hotel operations, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities, with flexibility to adapt working hours as needed.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages considered advantageous) and high cultural sensitivity.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
