- in Dubai, UAE, where you will gain practical experience in customer support, coordination, reporting, and daily operational activities.
- What are my responsibilities?
- Support the team with daily customer service and administrative tasks.
- Assist in following up on customer requests and inquiries.
- Help maintain records, reports, and trackers.
- Support the preparation of presentations and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office support.
- Learn about customer service operations in the airport logistics industry.
- What do you need to qualify for the role?
- Currently studying or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Organized, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and good attention to detail.
