- Lead interior design concepts, space planning, and project delivery across multiple developments
- Manage FF&E selections, material palettes, lighting, artwork, and styling elements
- Coordinate architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout all project phases
- Conduct design reviews, site inspections, and quality checks to ensure exceptional execution
- Collaborate with Operations, Golf, Wellness, Food & Beverage, and Member Services teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, and design deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience delivering luxury hospitality, residential, mixed use, or lifestyle developments
- Strong experience managing projects from concept through construction and handover
- Excellent knowledge of FF&E, material specifications, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software
- Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills

About the Role
- Lead the design and delivery of luxury residential, hospitality, wellness, and club facilities across Discovery Dunes.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring every space reflects Discovery's commitment to exceptional design, quality, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading interior design concepts, space planning, and project delivery across multiple developments.
- Managing FF&E selections, material palettes, lighting, artwork, and styling elements.
- Coordinating architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout all project phases.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience delivering luxury hospitality, residential, mixed use, or lifestyle developments.
- Strong experience managing projects from concept through construction and handover.
- Excellent knowledge of FF&E, material specifications, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
