- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' clinical conditions accurately
- Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU devices
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Nursing license in the home country or country of practice
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as an ICU/Critical Care Nurse
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices and patient assessment
- Experience in caring for adult ICU patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Willingness to relocate to the Republic of Naoero without family (single status job)
