Responsibilities
- Manage end to end contract administration for airport construction and infrastructure packages
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, variations, claims, and change orders with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Identify, assess, and manage contractual and commercial risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies
- Oversee payment applications, valuations, and certification processes
- Prepare commercial reports, contract status updates, and risk assessments for senior management
- Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and contract award recommendations
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement teams
- Manage claims resolution, dispute avoidance, and resolution processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or related discipline
- Professional certification (MRICS, CIArb, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in contracts and commercial management within large scale infrastructure or airport projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred), claims management, and contract administration
- Proven experience working on complex, multi stakeholder mega projects in the aviation or infrastructure sector
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Job Purpose
- Lead all contractual, commercial, and financial management activities for a major airport development project.
- Ensure effective contract administration, risk mitigation, and compliance with project and client requirements.
- Support project delivery, cost control, and commercial performance across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end contract administration for airport construction and infrastructure packages, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Qualifications and Experience
