Role Overview
Promote and close car insurance policies for C2C car buyers and sellers on dubizzle.
Consult with potential customers, assess insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions through insurance providers.
Contribute to the growth of value-added insurance services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to pitch auto insurance options.
- Assess customer eligibility and recommend suitable insurance packages.
- Own the telesales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Present insurance solutions through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Cross-sell car inspection, warranty, and finance services where applicable.
- Manage objections, follow up, and coordinate customer onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and share daily performance updates.
- Meet monthly insurance sales targets and monitor UAE market developments.
- Provide insights to improve scripts, packages, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
- At least 2 years of auto insurance sales experience is required; telesales experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in high-volume inside sales or call centre environments is required.
- Experience using CRM software or applications is required.
- Familiarity with the UAE automotive market, insurance policies, and provider landscape is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, closing, multitasking, prioritisation, and customer service skills are required.
