Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building sector.
- Promote insulation products including PIR, Phenolic, and related building insulation systems.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular visits to, contractors, developers, and project management companies.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Submitting weekly /daily reports for visiting the projects.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales / margin target
- Collect receivables on time and in line with agreed credit and payment terms
- Collect and keep updated all required KYC documents for new and existing customers for the credit approval
- Use available third party tools/ in house system to track various stages of the projects
- Update pending quotes, submittal and customer order regularly
Project Management & Follow-Up
- Track projects from specification stage through approval, order placement, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project pipelines and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up on material approvals, mock-ups, and site inspections.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Gather information on upcoming projects and construction developments.
- Provide market feedback to management for business strategy and product development.
