Business Development Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire UAE clients with manpower requirements.
• Build relationships with companies, contractors, facilities management companies, construction companies, hospitality groups, logistics companies, and other organizations requiring manpower.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, referrals, market research, and industry contacts.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely fulfillment.
• Prepare and present recruitment and manpower outsourcing solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and contracts.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, HR managers, procurement teams, and business owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, salary levels, and manpower demand across the UAE.
• Follow up on proposals, quotations, and leads to convert prospects into active clients.
• Maintain client satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and keep accurate sales records.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE recruitment, manpower supply, or outsourcing industry is required.
• Recruitment and manpower outsourcing experience is mandatory.
• Experience acquiring clients with manpower requirements is required.
• Experience with construction, facilities management, hospitality, cleaning, logistics, security, maintenance, or other manpower-intensive sectors is required.
• Strong UAE manpower market knowledge and client acquisition skills are required.
• Communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-management, networking, independence, and target achievement skills are required.
• A strong existing network of UAE-based clients and decision-makers is highly preferred.
