Responsibilities
- Inspect P&Z companies as per risk rating
- Conduct interviews with UBOs and employees
- Schedule meetings and send emails (thank you, feedback, follow up)
- Follow compliance inspection checklist
- Assist P&Z companies to understand Law 58 & 53 and other laws
- Raise customer awareness of new laws/policies
- Provide weekly feedback to compliance manager
- Provide constructive solutions to achieve monthly targets
- Perform other compliance duties as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to conduct interviews and inspections
- Strong communication and scheduling skills

- Follow compliance inspection checklist
- Assist P&Z companies to understand Law 58 & 53 and other laws/policies

- Provide constructive solutions to achieve monthly target
- Perform other compliance duties/tasks as assigned
