Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BI and data analytics or related
- Experience with data visualization tools (PBI, Tableau)
- Experience with BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, Python)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Graduate in Business Administration, IT, Data Science or related field

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into specific data queries and analyses.
- Utilize SQL and other data manipulation tools to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data stories.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Communicate complex data findings to both technical and non technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of data translators, ensuring they deliver high quality communication and analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's skills and knowledge in data translation and communication.
- Manage team workload, set performance objectives, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Person Specification
- 3+ years of experience in BI and data analytics or related.
- Experience with data visualization tools (PBI, Tableau).
- Experience with BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, Python).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Graduate in Business Administration, IT, Data Science or related field Essential.
