Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative generates leads to sell cybersecurity solutions and services by telephone and email.

The role works with the Business Development team on cold calling, qualification, lead generation, appointments, and commercial proposals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Engage in cold calling to establish new business.
  • Use CRM and datamining tools for database creation.
  • Identify sales opportunities by exploring client needs.
  • Understand company and client negotiating interests while demonstrating technical knowledge.
  • Follow up on client commitments through prospecting, qualification, and account development.
  • Develop and maintain profitable new account relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends in security, networking, infrastructure, and availability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–4 years of proven lead generation experience for cybersecurity solutions or services by telephone or email.
  • Motivation for cold calling, asking probing questions, and gathering information.
  • Inside sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Languages Known

  • English, Malayalam, and Hindi are listed as known languages.
