Job Summary

Generate leads for the sales team to sell cybersecurity solutions and services by telephone and email.

Work with the existing Business Development team on prospecting, qualification, appointments, and commercial proposals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct cold calling to establish new business and develop buying relationships.
  • Use CRM and datamining tools to create databases.
  • Identify sales opportunities by exploring client needs.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge while understanding company and client negotiating interests.
  • Prospect, qualify, follow up on commitments, and develop profitable new account relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends in security, networking, infrastructure, and availability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Three to four years of proven lead-generation experience for cybersecurity solutions or services by telephone or email is required.
  • The role requires motivation for cold calling, probing questions, and information gathering.
  • Inside sales skills and strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Languages listed for the role are English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
