- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related services
- Configure and support virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper V
- Manage VMware Horizon VDI environments
- Configure and troubleshoot load balancers (HAProxy, NGINX, F5)
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure performance
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
- Apply security best practices, patch management, and system hardening
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting tools
- Provide advanced technical support and incident resolution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux Administration
- Hands on experience with VMware ESXi, Hyper V, and VMware Horizon
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing)
- Experience with Load Balancers (HAProxy, NGINX, F5)
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Experience with Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Security Solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
