Job Purpose
Monitor and review the financial and project performance of Infrastructure and Operations.
Set financial plan guidelines and communicate targets for approved long-term financial plans.
Monitor budget implementation through variance analysis and prepare the annual Infrastructure budget.
Financial Performance and Planning
- Monitor financial performance against strategic objectives and provide recommendations.
- Monitor budget performance against strategic objectives and provide recommendations.
- Review operational performance against budgets and objectives and recommend action when necessary.
- Compile periodic and year-end planning and forecasting reports.
- Set financial plan guidelines and communicate long-term targets.
- Set budget plan guidelines and communicate approved budget targets.
- Analyze financial plans using KPIs such as profitability, liquidity, capital efficiency, and free cash flow.
Budget and Cost Management
- Review and consolidate budget estimates for compliance with agreed plans and expenditure guidelines.
- Monitor cost optimization efforts and follow up on adherence.
- Contribute to CAPEX and business efficiency programs.
- Review and approve purchase order extension requests according to the HUB authority matrix.
- Develop and distribute CAPEX and OPEX envelopes.
- Review ad hoc CAPEX and OPEX budget requests.
- Consolidate CAPEX and O&M project variance reports.
- Develop the CAPEX plan.
Experience
- At least five years of professional experience.
- Infrastructure budgeting experience, particularly in telecommunications, is strongly preferred.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
