- Provide first level support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other applications
- Assist with connectivity, password resets, and access requests
- Log and track tickets; escalate unresolved issues to Senior IT Administrator
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, OS, and software
- Ensure antivirus, patches, and updates are applied across all devices
- Support IT asset inventory management
- Perform basic Active Directory tasks (create/disable user accounts, update groups, reset passwords)
- Assist with Microsoft 365 admin (mailbox creation, licensing, distribution groups)
- Support onboarding/offboarding (system setup, access, profiles)
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, Wi Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Enforce IT security policies (password rules, access restrictions)
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with networking basics (IP, Wi Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience with telephony systems, attendance systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems

Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and user focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliable IT operations.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Provide first level support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other applications
- Assist with connectivity, password resets, and access requests
- Log and track tickets; escalate unresolved issues to Senior IT Administrator

- Ensure antivirus, patches, and updates are applied across all devices
- Support IT asset inventory management

- Manage integrated services within the CRM system, including inventories and renewals
Network & Security Support
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, Wi Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Enforce IT security policies (password rules, access restrictions)
- Report any security risks or annual activities to the IT team
Ticketing & Documentation
- Log all incidents/requests in the IT ticketing system with accurate details
- Follow SLAs for response and resolution times
- Escalate advanced/critical issues to Level 2/3 teams and monitor until closure
- Maintain end user guides and basic troubleshooting documentation
Collaboration with IT Team
- Support the Senior IT Administrator with upgrades, migrations, and rollouts
- Provide user feedback to the IT Manager for service improvement
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
