About the Role

- Review and assess contractors’ baseline schedules, updates, and recovery programs
- Monitor project progress against approved milestones and contractual requirements
- Prepare monthly progress reports for authorities and master developers
- Prepare and conduct presentations for management
- Review reports from contractors
- Support delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years in construction, preferred with developer or consultant in UAE
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, project controls, and construction methodologies
- Experience in high rise residential and large scale developments
- Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills
