About the Role
Reportage Properties LLC is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to monitor and oversee infrastructure projects. The role involves daily site inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections for infrastructure works including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, water supply, irrigation, and related works
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
- Review and verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods on site
- Prepare inspection reports, site observations, and non conformance reports (NCRs) when required
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve technical and construction issues
- Review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings as applicable
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor project progress and report delays, risks, or concerns to the Project Engineer/Manager
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Maintain proper records of inspections, approvals, and project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction standards and specifications
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, inspection processes, and HSE requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD is an advantage
