Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer based in Abu Dhabi.
The Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving user issues, maintaining IT systems, assisting with system administration tasks, and offering exceptional help desk support.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing IT solutions, ensuring system uptime, and assisting users with technical inquiries on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Proficiency in Information Technology and System Administration tasks
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and enterprise IT systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus
