Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, located in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves providing technical support to address IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing system administration tasks, and delivering efficient help desk support to ensure optimal system performance.
The engineer will work closely with internal teams to maintain IT infrastructure, respond to technical inquiries, and ensure minimal disruptions to daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Support and Information Technology, with the ability to assist users effectively.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Proficiency in System Administration, including configuring, maintaining, and upgrading system environments.
- Experience in Help Desk Support to address user concerns and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and network systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (such as ITIL, or Microsoft certifications) are highly desirable.
