Responsibilities
- Lead end to end data migration strategy for Temenos T24 implementation
- Define migration scope, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans
- Establish source to target mapping across legacy and new banking systems
- Develop migration runbooks, timelines, and governance frameworks
- Oversee ETL design and execution for migrating customer, account, transaction, loan, deposit, and treasury data
- Define transformation rules and business logic for data conversion
- Ensure seamless migration into core banking modules, peripheral systems, and reporting platforms
- Coordinate with ETL developers and SI/vendor teams
- Establish and maintain data mapping documentation
- Implement data governance frameworks, policies, and controls
- Drive data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities
- Plan and execute multiple mock migration cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Banking Data Migration / Data Transformation / Core Banking Projects
- Strong experience in Temenos T24 or other core banking platforms
- Proven experience managing end to end banking data migration workstreams

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Data Workstream Project Manager to lead the end to end data migration workstream for a Temenos T24 Core Banking Transformation Program.
- The role will be responsible for planning, governing, and executing data migration from legacy banking systems to the new core banking platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end data migration strategy for Temenos T24 implementation.
- Define migration scope, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
- Establish source to target mapping across legacy and new banking systems.
- Develop migration runbooks, timelines, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee ETL design and execution for migrating customer, account, transaction, loan, deposit, and treasury data.
- Define transformation rules and business logic for data conversion.
- Ensure seamless migration into core banking modules, peripheral systems, and reporting platforms.
- Coordinate with ETL developers and SI/vendor teams.

- Implement data governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
- Ensure data lineage, ownership, and accountability across systems.
- Manage master data consistency and standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Banking Data Migration / Data Transformation / Core Banking Projects.
- Strong experience in Temenos T24 or other core banking platforms.
- Proven experience managing end to end banking data migration workstreams.
