Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize ERP systems to support business processes across departments
- Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and module rollouts in coordination with vendors
- Develop and enforce data governance standards and ERP usage policies
- Oversee IT helpdesk function ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Define and enforce SLAs for all support tiers
- Manage and mentor IT support team
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud environments for business applications
- Oversee cloud cost management, resource optimization, and capacity planning
- Lead cloud migration initiatives for on premise systems
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy, policies, and frameworks
- Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits
- Manage identity and access management and incident response procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Hands on experience managing ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure across major platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity initiatives and responding to security incidents
- Experience managing IT helpdesk teams and end user support operations
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills

Job Purpose
- IT Manager oversees full spectrum of information technology operations.
- Central point of leadership across ERP, Technical Support, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Ensures technology systems are aligned with business objectives, reliably maintained, and protected.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide training and documentation to end users.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP issues.
- Oversee IT helpdesk function and enforce SLAs.
- Manage IT support team and asset inventory.
- Implement ITSM practices and ticketing systems.
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud environments.
- Oversee cloud cost management and capacity planning.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives.
- Establish infrastructure as code practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years progressive IT experience, at least 3 in managerial role.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record managing cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience managing IT helpdesk teams.
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills.
