Role Overview
Provide overall IT support for headquarters across video conferencing, cybersecurity, desk support, procurement, repairs, annual maintenance contracts, fixed assets, and supplier coordination.
Process payments for IT contracts and purchases and coordinate IT requirements with suppliers and administrators.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process new and renewed IT contracts and procure supplies, equipment, and licenses.
- Manage IT contract and purchase payments, including documents, Oracle or SAP processing, and cheque releases.
- Provide daily hardware and software support, including new device setup, activation, and security configuration.
- Manage printers, including connections, scanning, toner, security, logging, maintenance, and repairs.
- Support conferences through meeting connections, network configuration, projection, LED displays, Zoom, and Teams administration.
- Deploy, test, and configure attendance, conference, CCTV, Wi-Fi, phone, and other new devices and systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot networks and virtual LANs.
- Perform vulnerability scanning and patching, upgrade and configure servers, and supervise user security setup.
- Manage IT fixed assets through purchase, transfer, disposal, tracking, labeling, and coordination with finance and site IT engineers.
- Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and payments.
