Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing / Social Media Executive to manage influencer collaborations, social media campaigns, and online brand presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable influencers, building strong partnerships, creating engaging content strategies, and increasing brand awareness across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Influencer Marketing
- Identify, research, and approach suitable influencers aligned with the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution and performance tracking.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.
- Monitor influencer content and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare ROI reports.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Generate monthly performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
Content & Branding
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers for content creation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Support PR activities, product launches, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with content planning tools and social media analytics.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
