About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support indirect tax strategy execution in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review VAT returns, filings, transactions, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks
- Support M&A activities from an indirect tax perspective, including structuring and due diligence
- Assist with indirect tax audits, e invoicing implementation, ESR related matters, and legislative updates
- Identify opportunities to optimize VAT positions and mitigate tax risks
- Deliver indirect tax reporting to authorities and provide internal guidance and training
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in financial and/or management accounting with strong indirect tax exposure
- Prior in house or Big 4 background highly desirable
- Hands on experience with UAE VAT and e invoicing implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA / CTA preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Indirect Tax professional to support the development and execution of the Group’s indirect tax strategy, ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and reporting requirements.
- The role will support indirect tax operations across multiple entities, including VAT returns, audits, M&A advisory, e‑invoicing implementation, and regulatory reporting.
