Role overview
PwC Advisory is seeking an experienced software developer for digital integration, data automation, and backend application work.
The role focuses on developing robust data and software solutions that automate data-related processes and support client outcomes.
Experience and capabilities
- 3 to 6 years of experience is required.
- Experience migrating legacy enterprise applications into microservice architecture with data migration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
- The candidate should coordinate with multiple teams, prioritize tasks, manage time, and communicate effectively.
- The candidate should be able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Flask and Django.
- Deliver high-performance APIs and write reusable, efficient code.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Architect distributed microservices using Temporal workflows for complex process orchestration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with DevOps for Python projects and production deployment.
- Integrate databases such as Cosmos DB and message queues such as Kafka and Event Hubs.
