Role Overview

Solution Design and Pursuit Support

• Lead scoping, pricing, operating-model design, and commercial structuring for Finance Managed Services deals.
• Prepare proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, workshops, and client due-diligence sessions.
• Design operating models across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and Treasury.
• Define onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery models, staffing, SLAs, KPIs, and technology stacks.

Transition Management and Delivery

• Govern transitions from deal signing to steady-state operations with on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
• Create transition plans covering knowledge transfer, documentation, talent onboarding, and governance setup.
• Manage stakeholder communications, risks, mitigations, operational readiness, sign-offs, parallel runs, mock runs, and go-live.

Transformation and Client Management

• Embed automation, AI/GenAI, intelligent process automation, and finance technology into managed-services solutions.
• Work with technology teams on SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Workday, Coupa, and RPA or AI platforms.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with finance leaders, lead governance and escalation management, and own client-facing commitments.

Practice Development

• Develop reusable solution accelerators, transition playbooks, and pricing models for the Finance Managed Services practice.
• Mentor junior solutioning and transition team members and monitor finance shared-services and outsourcing trends.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall finance and accounting experience, including 5–7 years in Finance Managed Services, F&A BPO, or shared services.
• End-to-end deal solutioning experience covering RFPs, commercial modeling, and operating-model design.
• Hands-on transition management across R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A for medium-to-large outsourcing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, controls, accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS, ERP platforms, and finance technology tools.
• Ability to manage multiple transitions across geographies and time zones with strong stakeholder, communication, presentation, and commercial skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4, Tier-1 consulting, or leading BPS/BPO experience.
• Exposure to RPA, AI/ML, GenAI, GBS or SSC design, and setup engagements.
• Relevant PMP, Prince2, ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with global or multi-geography clients and cross-cultural delivery teams.
