Business Analyst - Banking role based in Mumbai and aligned to the corporate banking domain.
The role requires relevant banking or consulting experience and supports transaction banking and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in consulting or banking, with approximately 5 to 10 years in the BFSI or consulting sector.
- Relevant experience in trade finance, supply chain finance, or cash management across banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, or consulting.
- B.Tech or B.Com qualification; an MBA is preferable.
- Experience with Big Four firms, banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, or IT consulting companies is preferable.
- Strong domain knowledge of corporate banking products.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience defining transaction banking processes and gathering requirements for supply chain finance, cash management, and trade finance systems.
- Business modelling and requirements management using process and workflow modelling, use cases, and user stories.
- Strong communication, written communication, and document management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and travel to client locations at short notice.
Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and align business requirements from business and product stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements documents and gap documents.
- Act as a liaison between development and business teams to clarify requirements and assumptions.
- Work with technical teams, business users, and vendors to resolve project delivery issues.
- Provide functional support during development and testing.
- Define governance frameworks for project, change, and release management.
- Manage digital transformation projects from conceptualization through implementation and support.
- Coordinate project activities, reporting, and stakeholder communication to meet business deadlines.
- Share critical project status with senior management and assess framework compliance.
