Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist the design and delivery of Target Operating Models, Concepts of Operations, functional workflows, and governance structures for multi-agency command and control environments.
• Drive strategy and advisory projects for surveillance modernization, emergency response, ICCC or IC3, Safe City initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
• Develop technology blueprints, architectures, integration frameworks, use cases, user personas, SOPs, and KPI or SLA frameworks.
• Evaluate AI-based video analytics, cloud-native command centers, digital twins, IoT, mobility platforms, and data fusion architectures.
• Align recommendations with law enforcement, traffic police, disaster management, urban development, and IT departments.
• Support solutioning, proposal writing, thought leadership, and client workshops.
• Advise on public safety ecosystems, interoperability, integration patterns, and performance management frameworks.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Strong understanding of operating model design, organizational structures, service delivery models, governance frameworks, SOPs, RACI, and KPIs or SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of surveillance and safety technologies, including AI video analytics, command center platforms, integrated communication systems, edge or cloud architectures, IoT, and GIS.
• Experience with smart city, Safe City, emergency response, Digital 112, or Dial 100 command center programs.
• Understanding of integration technologies, data pipelines, API frameworks, middleware, and interoperability models.
• Hands-on experience preparing ConOps, TOMs, technology roadmaps, process frameworks, and client-ready consulting documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, complex datasets, and dashboards.

Preferred Skill Sets

• Prior consulting experience with government or digital transformation engagements.
• Exposure to AI or ML analytics, predictive policing tools, command center automation, digital twins, or cloud-native C4I systems.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, lead workshops, and manage multi-agency alignment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience and Education

• Senior Associate level requires 6 or more years of experience; the posting also lists 3 or more years for Associate.
• Mandatory education is B.E., B.Tech., or M.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• MBA is listed as preferred in one education section.
